Shedding Images Studio - In the Making

This is it so far! It's called a shotgun house because all the doors line up except the front door. The building was built in 1907 and moved to Hudson, TX in 2010. We tried to keep with the historic integrity of the building as much as possible.
We still have to paint the peak and get it skirted among other things. But it is coming along nicely. It has central heat and air for the first time ever, new roof, new doors, new insulation, new hot water heater, some new plumbing and lots of cosmetic repairs.
Before - just moved in.

Now
We are keeping the back rustic for a change in backdrop.

Before (forgot to take an after picture for this angle) The Angel painting is gone, the ceiling fan is gone, the window dressings are gone and now there is a new beautiful door and freshly painted door frame. The carpet was ripped out an the wood floor has been redone.

Before - In case you can't tell that is plastic in the window and bulletin boards in the other window, not glass. I thought this mural was neat but a bit to busy.
